Darren Spielman is an experienced intellectual property attorney and civil litigator. His lengthy career in litigation and IP prosecution creates a deep wealth of knowledge and experience needed to help parties resolve their disputes. Mr. Spielman is the Current Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and the President-Elect of the Federal Bar Association Broward Chapter. These positions have helped Mr. Spielman establish a stellar reputation amongst colleagues and the Courts. Mr. Spielman is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator. Mr. Spielman can serve as your neutral for a range of civil disputes and draw on his experience and expertise to resolve them through creative solutions.
Darren is the past Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee ('23-'24) for the business law section of the Florida Bar. He is a long-standing member of the Computer Law and Technology Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is also the past Chair of the E-discovery Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar ('19-'20). He is also a Board Member of the Federal Bar Association Broward Chapter and the current President of the Board. Darren is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Florida, the First Amendment Lawyers Association, and the Broward County Bar Association.
